Responsibilities
- Manage supply chain strategy to support conversion biz
- Analyze supply chain data and performance
- Anticipate and mitigate kits deliveries issues
- Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly
- Manage kit shortage or delay with supplier
- Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
- Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans
- Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers/vendors to land more profitable deals
- Previous experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar field
- >5 years of experience in supply chain management
- Self-starter with excellent leadership and team building skills
- Strategic and analytical mind
- Ability to resolve complex problems creatively
- Attention to detail
