Senior Manager - Supply Chain Management (Aguascalientes)

In this role, develop and implement the strategy to facilitate policy adherence, procedures and systems regarding imports and exports with focus on IMMEX programs and local, regional and global trade compliance policies.

Responsibilities

• IMMEX program operation
• Report regulatory changes that may affect the normal development of customs operations.
• Recommend appropriate international terms for import and export transactions, and implement mandatory processes to fully comply with applicable laws and regulations, partnering with client Customs team and Customs Advisors.
• Lead the team in charge of the issuance, receipt, and emission of export certificates of origin for all applicable free trade agreements locally.
• Responsible for managing the delivery of fiscal audits regarding customs processes such as IMMEX programs.
