Program Leadership & Strategic Direction

• Lead CxO level strategy and innovation programs end to end: frame business wide problems, set success criteria, prioritize across projects, and make resource trade offs.
• Set the vision and operating rhythm for your program: establish governance, rituals, and accountability mechanisms across multiple parallel projects.
• Allocate people and capacity across workstreams, shape team capabilities, and lead hiring decisions as relevant.
