Job Overview

Reporting to the Director RG Programs & Strategy, this position is responsible for fleet programs and initiatives supporting the Operations & Maintenance organization within OPG’s Renewable Generation division.

Key Accountabilities

• Support the continuous improvement and execution of RG’s Work Management, Conduct of Operations, and Conduct of Maintenance programs.
• Develop and monitor KPIs in the above 3 programs as well as work protection, corrective actions, amongst others.
• Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., Eastern Operations, Western Operations, Niagara Operations, Environment, Health & Safety, Regulatory Affairs, and Engineering) and external partners (e.g., industry associations, vendors) to advance RG performan...
