Senior Manager, Spray Drying – API Production

Multi Personnel seeks an experienced Production Oversight professional to lead daily spray drying operations, ensure product quality and yield, and supervise a team of operators in a Swiss manufacturing setting.

You will coordinate QA/QC sampling, maintain GMP and safety standards, optimize processes, and report on KPIs and batch records. Fluency in French and English is required for cross-department communication.
