• Lead a team of software developers ensuring delivery of projects in a quality and timely manner.
• Involve rapid prototyping, with requirements and solutions developed on an iterative basis that provide interim deliverables until a final production solution is created.
• Manage major, multi-disciplinary projects to implement and deliver solutions to business problems.
• Participate in the architecture definition and planning, securing and scheduling resources from a development perspective.
