Position Overview

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Senior Manager, Software Development Engineering, to lead our Platform and Data Engineering organization.

This team is responsible for building and scaling mission-critical platforms that are foundational to Autodesk’s success, including:

• Content Platforms
• Unified Search Platform
• Metrics-Driven Experimentation Platform
• Marketing Analytics and Data Engineering Platform

As a strategic engineering leader, you will oversee one or more of these domains, driving technical innovation, mentoring high-performing teams, and shaping Autodesk’s platform strategy.

You will work closely with product managers, architects, and business leaders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, reliable, and impactful solutions.
