About This Opportunity
We are recruiting for a Senior Manager, Software Development (internal title: Manager, Engineering) to join our IT team, reporting to the Director, Intelligent Data and Enterprise Automation.
The Senior Manager, Software Development will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, with a primary focus on Power Platform and Power BI development, as well as full-stack and data engineering. This role is responsible for designing, building, and operating enterprise solutions across the Microsoft and Azure technology stack.
In this role, you will set technical direction, ensure solution quality and reliability, establish engineering best practices, and support scalable delivery through structured agile methodologies.
