Senior Manager, Service Operations

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced operational manager ready to make a meaningful impact in aged care. As Senior Manager, Service Operations, you will provide end-to-end operational leadership across mecwacare's Moorabool neighbourhood, driving high-quality, safe, and responsive service delivery for our clients. Reporting to the Head of Service Operations, you will lead frontline delivery teams, oversee financial and workforce performance, and partner with the Manager, Service Operations to resolve complex client and service escalations. You will also play a pivotal role in quality, safety, and compliance, while building genuine trust and rapport within your local community.
