Senior Manager, Scientific Program Development (Old Toronto)

Overview

DECIEM is seeking a Senior Manager, Scientific Program Development to serve as a strategic operational partner to the Global Scientific Program Director. This role acts as a deputy and architect across the brand portfolio (The Ordinary, NIOD, Incubator Brands).

What you’d be doing in this role

• Translate & Create: Partner with Product Marketing/Brands and the Director to translate abstract briefs into actionable scientific requirements for the lab.
• Cross-Portfolio Scope: Lead scientific concept development across the full spectrum of the business, from high-volume launches to complex novel technologies.
• Feasibility & Risk: Assess early-stage feasibility, identify technical constraints, and propose scientific solutions.
• Departmental Unification: Champion internal process improvements to unify the wider scientific function (R&D, Clinical, Regulatory).
