About the Role
Senior Manager, Sales Operations – responsible for driving operational excellence across the sales funnel from lead to signature. Lead a team, own the sales funnel, design and optimize processes, enable consistent execution, and partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to maximize growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead & develop a high‑performing team of 4–6 Sales Operations professionals.
- Own the operational effectiveness of the full sales funnel – from lead to signature – across partnerships, SDR, and AE teams for New Business and Expansion sales motions.
- Build, implement, and continuously improve sales processes for SMB, Mid‑Market, and Enterprise sales motions, supporting a global sales organization of 200+ sellers.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to roll out and operationalize a standardized sales methodology, embedding it into systems, playbooks, and cadences.
