Role Overview
Senior Manager, Sales Operations – leads the Sales Operations team, driving operational excellence across the sales funnel and optimizing processes, playbooks, and data to maximise growth.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Lead & develop a high‑performing team of 4–6 Sales Operations professionals.
- Own the sales funnel, ensuring operational effectiveness from lead to signature across partnership, SDR, and AE teams.
- Design, implement and continuously improve sales processes for SMB, Mid‑Market, and Enterprise motions, scaling for a global sales organization of 200+ sellers.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to roll out a standardized sales methodology and embed it in processes, systems, playbooks and cadences.
