What is the opportunity?
The RBC Team is hiring for a Senior Manager QE role within the GFT Team. As a Senior Manager QE you provide support for a suite of mission‑critical and complex applications, understanding both front and back‑end of the applications. The technology platform spans Windows, Linux and Cloud environments, Python / Java, Big data/Hadoop, and ML platforms. You will lead and work hands‑on in the quality control and QE testing of cross‑functional, multi‑platform application systems. You apply extensive knowledge to perform complex assignments and lead a team of talented QE engineers, guiding and mentoring them to deliver key project initiatives.

- Analyze features such as feasibility, associated costs, time, and compatibility of new programs with existing programs and hardware, ensuring expected application performance levels are achieved.
