Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist the Operation Division Head to formulate the business strategies of the operation division so as to expand the business and support the overall Vision, Mission, Value, and Objective (VMVO) of the company, especially in enhancing the Company’s good image as an excellent process industry service provider.
• Participate and assist the manager/director of Proposal & Tendering department in defining pricing strategies based on market intelligence and competitor knowledge, understanding of cost elements, and past project reference data. Actively pursue and competitively tender for projects available in the market. Understand the global markets, customers, competitors, government, suppliers/vendor, man, material, machine and the associated risks that have impact on project construction execution.
