About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Contracts to provide commercial leadership on a major capital project delivered under EPCM/EPC models. This is a high-impact role for a senior commercial professional who can shape contracting strategy, lead complex negotiations, and manage risk across multi‑billion‑dollar projects. You will work closely with project leadership and the owner’s team to drive successful commercial outcomes across all phases of delivery.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead the development and execution of the project‑wide contracting strategy (packaging, tendering, risk allocation, and governance)
• Drive end‑to‑end contract formation, including RFPs, evaluations, negotiations, and award recommendations
