Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and governance of strategic and operational projects across Asia.
- Partner with regional senior management and global PMO to translate business strategy into executable programs that improve performance, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Provide regular project and strategy updates to the regional leadership team.
- Define and maintain PMO standards, methodologies, and templates.
- Monitor project health, risk, and budget compliance.
- Drive accountability and ensure timely project closure with proper handover.
- Facilitate workshops and reviews to drive engagement and best‑practice sharing.
- Track project KPIs, milestones, and success metrics using analytical tools (Excel, Power BI/Qlik).
