- Translate regional and corporate priorities into structured project portfolios.
- Develop business cases, assess ROI, and align projects with strategic objectives.
- Provide regular project and strategy updates to the regional leadership team.
Project Management Office Governance
- Define and maintain PMO standards, methodologies, and templates.
- Monitor project health, risk, and budget compliance.
