Role Overview

The Asset Launch Program Manager is accountable for ensuring end-to-end launch readiness by driving operational excellence in launch planning and execution across global medical and cross-functional teams. The role also acts as a strategic integrator, connecting key functions to deliver timely, aligned, and high-impact asset launches.

Partnering closely with Launch Excellence teams and regional/local affiliates, the role ensures disciplined execution while enabling agility throughout the launch lifecycle to maximize strategic launch value.

• Lead integrated launch planning across the asset lifecycle with clear milestones, dependencies, and success metrics
• Own program governance, timelines, and critical path management
