Purpose

Contributes to the overall success of the Canadian Banking Personalization team ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. The Senior Manager, MarTech Personalization Product Owner is responsible for defining and delivering the roadmap for personalization capabilities that enable relevant, timely, and connected client experiences across channels. This role translates business priorities into a capability roadmap and delivery outcomes, shaping and scaling use cases, offers, client journeys, and engagement strategies.
