Senior Manager, People & Compensation

Majurity Trust Limited is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager for our Corporate team in Singapore, focusing on the People function. You will own key HR processes end-to-end, especially compensation, contracts, and governance, while collaborating with the CEO, Talent Development and Finance.

This hands-on role requires a structured, data-driven approach and the ability to scale People practices in a lean, fast-growing environment. You will engage a wide range of stakeholders.
