This role drives the scaling, governance, and continuous improvement of Payment Success (PSR) capabilities across Visa Acceptance Solutions Sales organization in the Asia Pacific region. The Senior Manager ensures PSR remains a repeatable, commercially effective capability, provides senior‑level technical leadership for complex client engagements, and empowers sales teams to lead payment performance conversations with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional initiatives to improve merchant authorization and overall payment performance across Asia Pacific, partnering with Sales, Product, Risk, and Client Success teams.
