Senior Manager, Pay Compliance Fintech (Remote, 4D/Week)

Careem Pay is seeking a Senior Manager of Pay Compliance to lead the AML framework across markets. You will manage a team of AML professionals, ensure policy adherence, and drive ethical fintech practices in a fast‑growing digital wallet environment.

You will partner with Product, Engineering and the wider Careem group to sharpen controls, report risks to the Board, and advance regional compliance initiatives while enabling growth and responsible innovation.
