In this role you will own and drive Equinix’s global compliance posture for data center operations, spanning Quality, Security and Business Continuity standards. You will lead a distributed compliance team, translating global requirements into regional programs while ensuring certification readiness. You’ll engage auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders to defend controls and continually improve the management systems. You shape the strategy to balance global consistency with regional needs, enabling safe, compliant operations at scale. This is a chance to influence governance at a global level and support critical infrastructure that underpins the digital world.
