Senior Manager, Operational Risk

As an independent officer of the second line of defense from the Risk Management department, the Senior Manager, Operation Risk will report directly to the Chief Risk Officer with regards to Shinhan Bank Canada’s Operational Risk Management function and other risk management functions within the organization. The Senior Manager, Operation Risk (Risk Officer) will act as a champion and challenger, guiding business partners in implementing operational risk management practices and supporting the Risk Management Department’s overall mandate. The Senior Manager, Operation Risk will also be responsible for regulatory compliance across the Risk Management function including updating Ethidex and liaisoning with Compliance department including updating pendencies.
