Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years in a technical product function (technical product marketing, product marketing, sales/solutions engineering, or product management) in SaaS/enterprise software, with 5+ years in people management preferred.
• Player‑Coach Leadership: Proven experience hiring, mentoring, and leading high‑performing technical teams — while rolling up your sleeves to personally build demos and deliver strategic projects.
• Demo & Experience Craft: Deep, hands‑on expertise building demos, proof‑of‑concepts, and product experiences that bring technical products to life and prove value to skeptical audiences.
