Responsibilities
- Manage company-wide IT operations, infrastructure, and the full lifecycle of network and end-user devices
- Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Salesforce platforms
- Own the organization's cybersecurity program aligned to NIST CSF and ensure HIPAA/42 CFR Part 2 compliance
- Manage IT vendor relationships, SLAs, contracts, and budgets
- Oversee the Kipu EMR platform, clinical workflows, and telehealth technology
- Administer call center technology stacks including ACD/IVR platforms
- Develop scalable IT strategies to support company growth and acquisitions
- Oversee data and reporting infrastructure, including Power BI and analytics initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in a clinical healthcare environment
