Lead business development efforts for the tailings / geotechnical engineering team across Canada by identifying, pursuing and developing new opportunities through networking, referrals, and thorough market research. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential opportunities.
Develop and implement strategic plans to capitalize on identified opportunities, ensuring the creation of sustainable, recurring, and strategic new business to support long-term growth objectives.
