The Business Systems Manager demonstrates the following competencies and observable behaviors to ensure successful delivery of ERP initiatives.
- Deep hands-on understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations/Customer Engagement), data model, extensions, and ALM
- .Strong proficiency with Microsoft Power BI/Fabric for enterprise analytics, data modeling, DAX, and governance .Microsoft Azure services (App Service, Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, Azure AD/Entra ID) and DevOps pipelines (CI/CD)
- Database and integration: SQL Server, data warehousing concepts, REST/JSON, OData, SOAP, and secure API design
- .JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks for ERP-related customizations and portals .Ideally, working knowledge of SAP Concur (expense, travel, invoice) integrations and Sapience platform configuration and data flows
