What is the opportunity
The Senior Manager, Merchant Marketing leads the strategy and execution of brand and campaign initiatives for our Grocery & Pharma cards and loyalty partnership portfolio. In this role, you’ll develop comprehensive annual marketing plans that translate business objectives into impactful campaigns and measurable outcomes. You’ll own the end‑to‑end planning process—collaborating with partners and internal stakeholders to align on priorities, KPIs, and execution roadmaps. You’ll drive the design and delivery of integrated campaigns across channels, manage critical partner relationships, and ensure shared accountability for results. Additionally, you’ll provide strategic direction and oversight to the marketing team dedicated to these partnerships, setting priorities, enabling high‑quality execution, and fostering team growth.
