In this senior leadership role, you’ll define and deliver ART’s marketing technology and analytics strategy, ensuring our platforms, data and insights are future‑ready and aligned to organisational priorities. You’ll lead complex transformation initiatives, partner closely with Technology and Data teams, and enable marketing teams with actionable insights that improve member outcomes and drive measurable value.

You’ll also play a critical role in shaping journey measurement, audience selection and analytics capability across the organisation.

Day to day, you'll:
