Job Description:
Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Identify and generate new business opportunities in steel, cement, power, foundry, and other refractory-consuming industries.
Handle key customer accounts and negotiate commercial terms.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5–7 Marketing Executives.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, market intelligence reports, and management presentations.
Ideal Candidate:
