Senior Manager Manufacturing Programs

About the Role

As Senior Manager of Manufacturing Programs at Amgen Singapore Manufacturing, you will report to the Director of Manufacturing Support and lead process ownership across multiple biologic and synthetic products. Your responsibilities include new product introduction, contamination control, inspection readiness, MES implementation, validation, scheduling, and continuous improvement.

General Responsibilities

• Oversee new product/technology introductions and multi‑product campaigns in a compliant, agile and cost‑effective manner.
• Manage all activities associated with cleaning validation and maintain the validated state of process equipment.
• Ensure contamination control and inspection readiness for manufacturing.
