The Firm‑Wide Services (FWS) Lighthouse Leader role serves as the strategic integrator and innovation quarterback across FWS, driving the adoption of AI, automation, and modernization within BDO’s operational functions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize innovation and AI opportunities across FWS departments in partnership with functional leaders.
- Lead efforts to embed AI and automation into business process design and redesign.
- Align people, processes, and systems with the firm’s technology roadmap.
- Develop playbooks to replicate successful pilots and quantify measurable impact.
- Support Human Resources and Learning & Development teams in defining future skills and creating learning pathways for upskilling.
- Participate in key vendor relationships (e.g., Workday) to ensure roadmap alignment.
