Your Opportunity The Firm-Wide Services (FWS) Lighthouse Leader serves as the strategic integrator and innovation quarterback across Firm-Wide Services, driving the adoption of AI, automation, and modernization within BDO’s operational functions. This role bridges Innovation & Change, Technology, and Functional Leadership teams to ensure that enabling functions evolve with the same pace and ambition as client-facing service lines. The leader builds trust quickly, works generously across teams, and takes initiative in ambiguous environments—bringing others along rather than driving change alone.
Lighthouse Leader will:
Identify and prioritize innovation and AI opportunities across FWS departments (in partnership with functional leaders).
Lead efforts to proactively identify and embed AI and automation into business process design and redesign.
