- Define and execute a focused learning strategy aligned to business needs
- Build scalable, blended learning experiences for a distributed workforce
- Personally design and deliver high-impact programs including onboarding, leadership development, and compliance training
- Partner with Clinical Operations and IT to integrate subject matter expertise into programs
- Own and optimize the learning technology ecosystem including LMS and authoring tools
- Define and track success through learning adoption and business outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 7+ years designing and delivering learning programs
- Experience designing training for clinically focused teams
