This role leadslabourstrategy, planning, and optimization, alongside execution tracking and governance of core operational processes, with a focus on clear expectations, disciplined routines, and measurable performance outcomes.

The role owns the design, management, and continuous improvement of tools, reporting, and operating routines that enable store and field teams to effectively planlabour, manage costs, and execute against company standards.
