Position Overview The Senior Manager will provide leadership and strategic oversight for enterprise Digital PlatformGovernance,Security, Architecture, and Automation. The role ensures that Synapxe's enterprise platforms (e.g.,ServiceNow,SAP, UiPath, M365, Sitecore) are governed through secure, scalable, and automated frameworks. This position drives platform standards, enforces compliance with cybersecurity and risk policies, definestheenterprise architecture roadmap, and accelerates automation adoption to improve efficiency, resilience, andvaluedelivery. By institutionalising the Centre of Excellence & Innovation (CoEI), the role ensurescontinuousimprovement, innovation, and alignment with business and national healthcare digital strategies.
