Senior Manager, IT Program Governance & Planning (PMO)

Role Purpose

The Senior Manager, Technology Program Governance & Planning (PMO) is responsible for establishing, leading, and continuously improving the technology PMO capability within Customs Solution Design & Delivery. The role has a dotted reporting line to the Head of Customs, Solution Design & Delivery – Network Operations IT, ensuring alignment with enterprise‑wide PMO frameworks, technology governance standards, and strategic delivery priorities.

This role ensures effective governance of technology transformation, delivery excellence, and strategic alignment of the Customs technology roadmap across all programs and initiatives. This includes platform modernization, digital solutions, systems integration, and regulatory technology enablement.
