Senior Manager, Investment Policy, Risk (18 month contract)

The opportunity

The Investment Policy team in the Risk division supports the long‑term sustainability of the Plan by maintaining the Total Fund Governance Framework aimed at enabling Ontario Teachers’ investment strategy and guiding the investment program and functional partners in other areas of the organization to operate within the risk appetite of the board. The Investment Policy team partners with the Investment Division, senior management, and the board to embed risk considerations into investment policy and portfolio governance.

As the Senior Manager, Investment Policy, you will be responsible for the formulation, maintenance and socialization of frameworks and policies governing the investment program, interpreting the frameworks for the Investment Division and functional partners, benchmarking and delivering on investment governance and risk management projects.
