Job Overview

Senior Manager – Internal Audit is a co‑lead position focused on fulfilling the responsibilities of the internal audit function. The role reports to the Chief Internal Auditor and provides independent and objective assurance to the bank’s management on the effectiveness of risk assessment, control, operational procedures and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop a work plan to identify audit entities and confirm completeness of the audit universe.
• Perform risk assessment of audit entities according to corporate policies and regulatory guidelines; develop and enhance risk‑assessment methodology for scope, extent and allocation of audit resources.
• Plan audit activities and monitor their progress dynamically.
• Lead and guide the audit team in performing assignments, providing ongoing training, education and mentorship.
