• Lead and manage all industrial and employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and alignment with global HR policies.
• Foster a fair, compliant, and high-performance work environment while mitigating employee relations risks.

Working conditions

Working hours: 9:00AM – 6:00PM

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• 11 years and more minimal level of experience; 6–10 years of experience in IR/ER, preferably within financial services, banking, or multinational environments.
• Strong experience handling disciplinary cases, investigations, and domestic inquiries.
