**Key Responsibilities**:Lead core functions including Training, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Safety/Environmental, and Benefits.
**:- Drive division-wide leadership and development programs.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to managers and employees, fostering effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Oversee hiring, disciplinary actions, and HR strategic planning.
- Manage HR metrics, wage and benefit surveys, and compliance with certifications (AS****, ISO *****, IPC, etc.).
- Ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction are consistently met.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through EEO and affirmative action initiatives.
