This position should be a logical successor to Senior Director HR.
Lead as a Business Partner Head for Turkey. Act as a facilitator and influencer on strategic HR topics. Manage and lead the HR team in the market covering domains like HRM, Rewards, Recruitment, Internal Communication and Corporate Social Responsibility.
