In this role you will partner with managers across Europe to navigate complex people challenges and drive better workforce outcomes. You will act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and organizational change, shaping how we support ~200 employees across Europe. You’ll combine practical HR expertise with data and tools to diagnose issues, inform decisions, and enable cross-functional programs.
