Job Scope
- Lead and manage the Service & Operations Transformation team to drive strategic initiatives that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
- Plan, develop, and execute transformation programs to support patient activation and self-care initiatives
- Oversee end-to-end development of new and redeveloped polyclinics, including spatial design, service planning, workflow optimisation, and operationalisation
- Manage project components such as FFE procurement, manpower planning, IT systems, testing, and commissioning
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of transformation initiatives
