Senior Manager Head of 3PL & Improvement Management

Senior Manager, Head of 3PL & Improvement Management , you will lead a team responsible for the governance and performance of third‑party logistics (3PL) providers as well as the continuous improvement agenda across the Logistics & Warehousing Switzerland organization. You will ensure reliable, compliant, and cost‑efficient logistics operations beyond the physical site boundaries, enabling uninterrupted supply to manufacturing.

In this role, you will oversee the end‑to‑end 3PL landscape, including external warehousing and service provider performance, while driving process improvements, digitalization, and automation initiatives across the Logistics & Warehousing network within Switzerland. You will ensure strong performance management through clear KPIs and act as a key interface between internal stakeholders and external partners.
