About The Team And The Role The Consumer-to-Consumer (C2C) team is dedicated to building a free, smart, safe, and engaging selling experience for eBay sellers. The team plays a key role in strengthening eBay’s global marketplace by improving how sellers list, ship, get paid, and grow their businesses.
As a Senior Strategy & Experience Manager, you will lead high‑impact central initiatives across the C2C seller journey. You will define problems, size opportunities, and align cross‑functional partners to drive measurable improvements in marketplace performance. Working closely with Product leaders, you will help develop roadmap direction and execution sequencing across one or more experience domains. Reporting to the Director, Global C2C Seller Experience, this role operates with a high degree of autonomy and is accountable for delivering measurable impact across complex, cross‑team initiatives.
