Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the entire Application Management team fostering culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement
- Enable growth and development of the Cebu Location across competencies for TechOps
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities contributing to revenue growth and market expansion within GDS and across EY
- Work with pursuit and EY member firms to create solutions with compelling value propositions for clients in the area of Application Management
- Develop business case, business KPIs and Benefits Realization plan and measure KPIs
- Stay ahead of new technologies, industry best practices and market trends to hone the skills and capabilities of the competency
- Drive adoption of new technologies and methodologies
