Senior Manager- Fundraising

Position Summary
Indus Action is seeking a Senior Manager Fundraising to help set up and run structures, systems, and
processes essential to supporting fundraising efforts, generating leads to build a funder pipeline and raise funds
for the organisation, developing compelling fundraising narratives and proposals, managing donor relationships,
and working closely with programme, finance, and leadership teams to secure and sustain high-quality funding
partnerships. We encourage individuals with strong marketing skills and a knack for people and networking to

Role and Responsibilities
Fundraising Pipeline Development, Outreach, and Lead Generation:
Build and manage a diversified funder pipeline, including CSRs, family foundations and offices, HNIs, etc
