About The Role
This role is an operational leader and will manage work activities in a fund administration team in Singapore to provide fund reporting and administration to our real‑estate clients. You will be responsible for the service delivery, growth, optimisation, and efficiency of the Investment Accounting & Reporting team, overseeing and setting up reporting requirements for complex multi‑tier investment entities in the fund’s structure. The role also includes oversight of fund‑level and asset‑level reporting, coordination of client equity/loan contributions and distributions, and support for new business onboarding and initiatives.
What You’ll Do- Lead and oversee a team to fulfil client reporting requirements (monthly, quarterly, annually), prepare investment entity reporting and fund investor reports, calculate NAV, consolidate IFRS/INREV‑based financial statements, and reconcile local GAAP to IFRS (e.g., PRC GAAP, JGAAP).
